HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A godfather was arrested and charged with torture and willful abuse of a child after turning himself in to authorities. In January a 2-year-old boy was treated at Madison Hospital with third degree burns on his hand. According to police, the boy was being watched by his godfather, Cleopha Pair, 49 of Huntsville.
