HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- Alabama is now the only state to prohibit people from brewing beer in their homes. Mississippi's home brew law goes into effect this summer. Starting July 1, people in Mississippi who are over 21 can brew beer in their home. Mississippi's law does not allow them to sell the beer, and they can only make up to 100 gallons of beer in a year.
