MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- One of the Tennessee Valley's most wanted bad check writers was apprehended Friday night. Madison County investigators arrested Jennifer Whitacre as a result of a two year investigation. Whitacre is accused of writing 52 bad checks worth more than $15,000. Copyright 2013 WAFF.
