HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A Madison County woman has a preliminary hearing on December 19 for child abuse charges. Huntsville Police say Norma Garcia left her three small children locked in a bedroom at a home on Eunice Street. Court documents state the children are ages 2, 3 and 5.
